MyRide2 helps residents of Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, and Wayne counties with a one-call, one-click call center and website that assists with trip planning and coordinating service. Staff members are experts in transportation navigation, including door-to-door transit and vehicles designed for wheelchairs and mobility-assistive devices. They can take you step by step to book a ride on transit, paratransit, or other transportation options that work for you.

MyRide2 is a mobility manager. Like a travel agent coordinating air travel and a car rental, your mobility manager specialist explains all of your options to travel when and where you need to go: fixed-route buses, paratransit, and services that will get you into your home or help you up the curb. This is a public service catered to you and your individual needs.
