The RTA works with private and public sector partners to deliver transit service, carry out crucial improvements, and create connections with our communities. To find partners, RTA issues Calls for Projects (CFPs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and various solicitations. The primary way that the RTA issues solicitations and engages with the vendor community is through the BidNet platform.

Procurement Policy

The RTA Procurement Policy establishes the broad procurement framework for the RTA, as well as clear direction for day-to-day procurement activities and contractual conduct. This ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and sound business practices, and supports the agency’s mission to create new and better ways to move and connect people.
