About DAX

The Detroit Air Xpress (DAX) is an express bus service connecting downtown Detroit to MacNamara and Evans terminals at the Detroit Metro Airport (DTW). The service is offered by the Regional Transit Authority of Southeast Michigan and operated by Michigan Flyer.

票价信息

A variety of fare options are available to meet the needs of all travelers. RTA offers discounts for online booking, seniors, people with disabilities, youth, students, and frequent riders who use passbooks. Infants 24 months and younger ride free.

所有通票自指定日期起有效期为一年。通票不可退款，且必须由交易中指定的人员使用。

Visit our website to learn the schedule and book your trip in advance. To board your bus, have your ticket pulled up on your phone and set your screen brightness to maximum. You may also use a digital wallet or a printed ticket.

The DAX Detroit stop is located near 1119 Washington Boulevard, between Michigan Avenue and State Street. DAX is a short walk from the Detroit Department of Transportation (DDOT)’s Rosa Parks Transit Center, 聪明的 FAST bus stops, and the 底特律人民捷运.

From baggage claim, go up two levels to the skywalk or one level if not picking up luggage. Cross the skywalk and take the elevators on the left to ground level. Go outdoors next to the elevator and find DAX in stalls 1-2.

麦克纳马拉航站楼 – 出发

We pick up and drop off all passengers on the Departures Level (also known as Level 3) of the McNamara Terminal. Follow signs for “Ticketing/Check-In” or “Public Transit.” They will help guide you to our location for both drop-offs and pick-ups on Level 3 (a.k.a. Departures Level). Our stop is just outside of Door 1 (labeled “International Ticketing”), going toward the ramp. You will see a sign of transit options.
