With a free Royale upgrade, riders can view more trip options and plans, pay fares, book on-demand rides, unlock new profile features, and receive the most up-to-date information at their fingertips.

How do I access the free Royale subscription?
Once downloaded, Transit automatically determines if you’re a rider within Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw, and Wayne counties and applies the Royale upgrade without you having to do anything. If you haven’t been granted a free Royale upgrade, you can contact Transit directly within the app.
