MyRide2 Travel TrainingFrequently Asked Questions
MyRide2 is a mobility manager. Like a travel agent coordinating air travel and a car rental, your mobility manager specialist explains all of your options to travel when and where you need to go: fixed-route buses, paratransit, and services that will get you into your home or help you up the curb. This is a public service catered to you and your individual needs.
The MyRide2 service is funded through RTA’s Mobility 4 All Program (M4A) and Section 5310 federal grants, which fund transportation enhancements for seniors and people with disabilities. Any resident can call MyRide2.
Transportation can be the key to independence. Public transportation options can help older adults and people with disabilities get to the store, medical appointments, and social activities. At all points of life, people deserve access to the things they need and those they enjoy.
