Sin embargo, a menudo se considera el transporte p\u00fablico como un todo, separado de otras formas de movilidad, la infraestructura para la calidad de vida y la econom\u00eda de nuestra regi\u00f3n. Es crucial que el transporte p\u00fablico y todos estos sectores se consideren en conjunto.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agenda legislativa e informe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Casi el 90% de los habitantes del sureste de Michigan cree que el transporte p\u00fablico es un beneficio significativo. Nuestro experimentado equipo investiga las mejores pr\u00e1cticas de transporte p\u00fablico, recopilando datos e informaci\u00f3n de regiones similares para inspirar y comparar. Esta base de investigaci\u00f3n gu\u00eda los proyectos de la RTA durante su desarrollo e implementaci\u00f3n, y fundamenta las posturas pol\u00edticas de la agencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Estudio de desarrollo orientado a la movilidad<\/strong> (2019)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El desarrollo orientado al transporte p\u00fablico (DOT) es un tipo de desarrollo urbano que maximiza la cantidad de espacio residencial, comercial y de ocio a poca distancia del transporte p\u00fablico. En el sureste de Michigan, no ha habido una comprensi\u00f3n ni un compromiso a nivel regional con esta oportunidad estrat\u00e9gica, a pesar del \u00e9nfasis en los corredores clave. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El desarrollo orientado a la movilidad (DOM) puede aprovechar y ampliar el impacto de los principios de planificaci\u00f3n del DOT creando no solo \u00e1reas de estaciones vibrantes sino tambi\u00e9n \u201ccentros de movilidad\u201d que puedan facilitar las conexiones necesarias en una geograf\u00eda m\u00e1s amplia a trav\u00e9s de una variedad de modos de transporte diferentes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plan MOD proporciona un marco para coordinar las mejoras y el desarrollo de la movilidad para los proveedores de tr\u00e1nsito, los gobiernos locales y las agencias de transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n    \n\n    \n\n\n<a\n  href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1mk6Wb6jXTpKPA0JXnTEeT6ewok8qwEI-\/view\"\n  target=\"_self\"  class=\"button button--default\"\n  \n>\n        Mejores pr\u00e1cticas de MOD\/TOD\n    <\/a>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Informe sobre la movilidad laboral de Detroit<\/strong> (2022)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El acceso al empleo es posiblemente el problema de movilidad m\u00e1s acuciante en toda la regi\u00f3n. En particular, quienes buscan empleo en Detroit y carecen de transporte dependen de la disponibilidad de opciones de movilidad que ofrezcan empleos acordes a su experiencia para alcanzar el primer o el siguiente nivel de la escalera o la oportunidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La RTA, en colaboraci\u00f3n con diversas partes interesadas, realiz\u00f3 el An\u00e1lisis de Movilidad Laboral de Detroit para identificar las brechas entre origen y destino y as\u00ed conectar a los detroitenses que buscan empleo con empleos de preparaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima. El informe proporciona una plataforma para determinar d\u00f3nde y qu\u00e9 tipos de programas piloto realizamos, d\u00f3nde buscamos ampliar el servicio y d\u00f3nde realizamos inversiones de capital.
